Showing your employees that you care about them and not just their results, that’s really the key to building and maintaining a productive workforce in the 21st century. Your employees are your organizations most  valuable asset. Research shows that 42% of people quitting over the past year are doing so based on how they feel about their bosses and organizational cultures. A poll found that companies with people-centric cultures have 37% less absenteeism, 48% fewer accidents, 41% fewer defects, 21% higher productivity, and 22%
higher profitability.
 
Allen will discuss how to attract employees in this day and age, how to retain those employees and ways to become a company with a people-centric culture.
