APPLICATION OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MINIMUM WAGE ACT Focusing on Special Pay Situations presented by Randy Liddle, Labor Law Investigator, Bureau of Labor Law Compliance
Virtually all employers are covered by Labor Standard Laws on the State or Federal level. Each individual employed in the work place is affected by the correct (or incorrect) application of wage and hour laws on a weekly basis.
It is an employer’s awesome responsibility to comply with the laws on a consistent basis and to ensure that employees are paid correctly.
Employers can avoid costly and time-consuming audits and significant back wage liabilities by gaining a better insight into the application of the wage and hour laws.
