Job Title:  Human Resources Manager
 
Position Information: Full Year/Full Time/Exempt
 
Salary:  $45,000-$50,000/year
 
Hours:  40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
 
Description:
 
Performs various personnel management and benefits administration tasks in support of the overall management and operations of HCCADC.   Participates in Corporation public relations, job fairs and fund-raising activities.  Works closely with the Executive Director and Financial Department staff. 
 
Major job functions include: 

  • Coordination of employee hiring and orientation which includes obtaining background checks which at a minimum include those required by program standards,
  • Supervision of program assistants when directed to do so,  
  • Employee benefits administration,
  • Assists the Executive Director in regular review of personnel policies and suggests changes needed and then assures changes are communicated with employees,
  • Maintains employee records and monitors compliance with all industry standards,
  • Maintains employee training logs and assists in scheduling training as needed,
  • Prepares monthly report and submits it to the Executive Director.
 
Requirements: 
 
Minimum qualifications: Prefer a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field with 2 years experience in HR.  Must have a valid PA Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
