The road to successful employment is narrow, difficult and tricky. It is not a route that is neatly laid out for all to travel. Especially in these economic times when companies are bombarded with 100’s of resumes, talented applicants, new graduates and seasoned executives. So how does someone map out this journey to gain successful employment? And, what are the misleading road signs, dead ends and traffic jams to avoid?
